Available in thin plate to heavy gauge (3-50mm) with superior corrosion resistance

​​Composition & Processing:​​

Ni (70-72%), Cr (14-17%), Fe (~10%) + minor Co/Mn/Si

Solid-solution strengthened nickel-chromium-iron alloy

Enhanced via cold working; compatible with all welding/brazing methods

​​Core Properties:​​

  1. ​​High-Temperature Performance​​

    • Melting point: 1354-1413°C
    • Continuous service: ≤1093°C (forms protective oxide layer)
    • Maintains 140MPa yield strength at 700°C

  2. ​​Corrosion Resistance​​

    • Excellent oxidation/corrosion resistance
    • Withstands oxidizing acids (nitric/sulfuric), chlorides & alkalis

  3. ​​Mechanical Performance​​

    • RT tensile: 550MPa | Elongation: 40%
    • Good hot/cold workability & thermal strength (<700°C)
